I strive to balance beauty with utility - to make pots that can be enjoyed and used every day. Most pieces are wheel-thrown, with the exception of some serving pieces, which are hand-built. Much of my work is hand-etched to create a unique raised surface that invites touch and encourages colour variegation in my lively palette of satin matte glazes.
